1. Terms & Conditions
All items subject to 3 day customer approval, 72 hour return policy. You must advise us by email within 3 days of delivery if you intend to return an item. Shipping/Insurance charges are non-refundable. Return shipping/insurance is at the customer’s expense. No COD or P.O. Box deliveries. Returned items improperly packed or underinsured are at the customer’s risk if lost or damaged in shipment. Items returned must be in the same condition as sent.

3. Shipping
Shipping by Insured Federal Express Or USPS. We do not ship with UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping only to Billing Address . Exact charges for shipping/insurance will be indicated with your confirmation of order.
4. Warranty on Watches
Timepieces are “Sold As Is” unless otherwise noted as “warranted” which would be covered by a 6 month limited warranty on the internal mechanism. Unless stated otherwise, timepieces are not water resistant or shock resistant. This warranty does not cover damage to the internal mechanism, crystal, bracelet, or other external parts or ornamentation resulting from abuse or neglect including dropping, hitting, jarring or exposure to water.
